Service Description
Learn how to shift unhealthy habits using Jewish texts and spiritual practices; Mussar helps calm us in stressful situations, and manage our thoughts and feelings with clarity. This online course will cover the initial basics of Mussar, and is led by excellent Mussar teacher and practitioner, Student Rabbi Anna Dyson. Classes are live online on Mondays, 11.30am-12.30pm. and the recording available afterwards for catch up. You will also have access to the designated online discussion forum where resources will be shared and you can catch up on recordings of classes you may miss. Please note this is a course of 7 sessions, spread out between Dec 2025 and first week of Feb 2026 - so it is not *every* Monday; please pay special attention to the dates!
