Service Description

Learn how to shift unhealthy habits using Jewish texts and spiritual practices; Mussar helps calm us in stressful situations, and manage our thoughts and feelings with clarity. This online course will continue with Student Rabbi Anna Dyson leading the current group. If you are new to Mussar and want to join, please contact Anna to discuss how to cover the initial basics of Mussar separately to get the most out of the course. Classes are live online on Mondays, 11.30am-12.30pm. and the recording available afterwards for catch up. You will also have access to the designated online discussion forum where resources will be shared and you can catch up on recordings of classes you may miss.
