About the event
Enjoy a Shabbaton with Dr Alan Morinis, enjoying the special Shabbat atmosphere as well as exploring Mussar topics relevant for today. You are welcome to come for the whole day, or just for the afternoon workshops.
9.15am "What is Mussar and why should I care?" shiur (pre-service workshop)
10.30am Shacharit Shabbat (Shabbat morning service) with guest sermon from Alan.
11.15am Shabbat Mussar Club for children (age 7+) led by Rabbi Monique Mayer and Alan
followed by a Kiddush-lunch
1.30pm Mussar for difficult conversations; the middah (soul trait) of Kavod - respect.
